1. Payment Options
TaraLee.co.uk accepts all major credit and debit cards. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared. Your credit card company will convert orders placed with tara-lee.com from UK Pounds Sterling into your local currency when they process the transaction. Please remember that exchange rates vary all the time.

2. Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund or exchange, providing the Returns Instructions (contained in the parcel) are followed.

3. Delivery Times & Methods
TaraLee.co.uk will normally despatch goods (UK and Northern Ireland) within 10 WORKING DAYS
* of receipt of order. If goods are in stock they will be dispatched within 5 WORKING DAYS.
* Please allow up-to 7 days for overseas deliveries. In the event of a delay the customer will be notified.

4. Delivery Charges
A delivery charge will be added as a separate item at the time of placing the order. We at Tara-Lee.com send all our goods Parcel Force Worldwide, this is as much for our peace of mind as yours. See below for rates:

5. Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties
This lies with the customer or recipient in all circumstances.

Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Department by returning your acknowledgement e-mail to us stating your intention to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after that on which you receive the goods or any day prior to that date. As TaraLee.co.uk always makes a great effort to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order being dispatched in time. In this instance please return the order following the Returns Instructions that are contained in the parcel. Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by e-mail your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us unused in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Items are to be returned via Post Office Special Delivery.
